Urge Your Senator to Cosponsor Legislation to Expand Effective Early Learning Programs
Quality early learning gives kids living in poverty a chance to succeed. Kids like 4-year-old Shannell will be ready for kindergarten because of the high-quality pre-K program she attends.
A bipartisan bill in Congress called the Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act (SIPPRA | S. 963) would help more kids have access to high-quality early learning programs. It would allow private and philanthropic investors to enter into contracts with the government to fund early education and other programs that serve a public good. And tax payers aren’t out any money if the program doesn’t work. It’s a win-win!
Together, we can help girls and boys who are missing out on early learning have a chance to succeed. Please urge your senators to cosponsor this bill today.
